Currently working with Bindishe Green and John Ball Primary School in London I am also available for 1:2:1 private tuition yoga or group sessions in London . Private sessions take 1 hour and 15 minutes, with the last 15 minutes reserved for guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra). This is included free as part of the session.
The teaching style focuses on a vinyasa flowing sequences with an emphasis on moving with the breath, before focusing on selected asana (poses) and ending with a period of guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra) to allow the body and mind to arrive at a deeper meditative state through non-judgmental observation.
Thursdays at The Well Garden:
A physically challenging level 2-3 class expect a balance between physical postures, dynamic movements, breathing exercises and elements of relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.

Vinyasa + Yoga Nidra
In this class we focus on developing deep awareness of the natural momentum of the breath with a similar sequence every week to draw participants into a flowing meditation of body and mind and finishing off with pranayama and guided deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra).

Mondays at Retreat Yoga Centre:
Yin offers long, meditative yoga holds that explore subtle energies and penetrate deep into the connective tissues of the body. Restful and meditative, positions may be held from 3-21 minutes and may be enhanced by supportive props like bolsters, blankets or blocks. A wonderful complement to dynamic, flowing yoga like Astanga, Yin is designed to release stress and tension from the body, calm the mind and renew the spirit. The class is 60 minute physical practice finishing off with a 15 minute guided deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra).
